Refund Policy
When you can get a refund for mastering, mixing, or noise-reduction services purchased through veniamastering.studio — and how revisions work if a master isn't sitting right.
Before work begins
You may request a full refund any time before I have started work on your tracks. Email info@veniamastering.studio with your order number and the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5 business days.
After delivery
Mastering is a custom service — once a master has been delivered, the work cannot be returned and the time invested cannot be refunded. Instead, every order includes two rounds of revisions at no additional charge. If something isn't sitting right, send notes and I'll revise it.
If you're not satisfied after revisions
If after two revision rounds the master still isn't right for your release, email me within 14 days of final delivery. I'll work with you in good faith — that may mean an additional revision round, a partial credit toward a future order, or a partial refund at my discretion based on the work completed.
Free mastering sample
Every customer is welcome to request a free mastering sample before booking a paid service. It's the best way to confirm the sound of a master before you commit.
Chargebacks
Please contact me before filing a chargeback. I will always try to resolve concerns directly first.
